Report problems with equipment.

Reporting an Issue

1. Go to Equipment > Issues.
2. Click Report Issue.
3. Select the Equipment item.
4. Describe the problem.
5. Click Submit.

Resolution

IT or Maintenance staff will review the issue and update the status. You may be contacted for more information or to arrange a replacement.
